“When we started in 2008, the idea was to disrupt an ancient, stodgy industry...We were the first to keg wine and the first to put it in a 250 ml can. We live in Colorado—everyone’s camping, skiing, climbing. You need something you can pack in and pack out and wine is perfect for that.”

In April 2018 Food & Wine Magazine named The Infinite Monkey Theorem’s canned Moscato as one of the forty wines that changed the way we drink alongside such industry icons as Robert Mondavi, Stags Leap Wine Cellars and Chateau Montelena.

The Peach Bellini - This is another classic cocktail turned canned wine spritzer. The peach juice is from Palisade, in Colorado's Grand Valley. Ben Parsons, the company’s founder/winemaker, says that harvest dates, sugar and acidity parameters are the most important factors to produce quality canned wine spritzers.
